Dave arrived promptly and carried out the gas boiler service quickly and without fuss. He then serviced the gas fire which hadn’t been used for 15 years. He wasn’t even phased that I had removed the coals and cleaned them without taking a photo of their positioning first. He then discovered and fixed a small leak. He gave good advice about carbon monoxide alarms and above all, he was nice to my cats. Very polite hard working and knowledgeable.

Lianne was extremely thorough, checking things that had previously not been looked out by my previous boiler servicing company. She also made efforts to balance the radiators to resolve a problem with a downstairs rad which previously wouldn’t heat up.

As usual and based on other work you have carried out for us in the past (Bathroom fitting, Boiler service, Tap installation etc.) I would like to say thank-you for dealing with a great company that I feel confident to use knowing the service you provide is going to be a high standard and confident I am dealing with a capable and ethical company. I would like to add that the engineer who sorted the problem was very good, he was professional and friendly.
