Excellent service, prompt response, friendly attitude. Ian came round in the evening to take a look and to give me a fair quote and discuss options. On the scheduled day, he came with a fellow worker and did exactly as promised, making a tricky job look incredibly easy. The oven installation was perfect and Ian made sure I had the correct certification and guarantees. Highly recommended.

There was a problem occurring (RCD tripping) that pointed to a possible lack of Earthing on my electrical circuits. Ian arrived slightly later than scheduled (however he texted to let me know beforehand so good comms) and started to investigate the electrics. He quickly suspected the cause of the problem, swapped a RCD switch on the consumer unit and proceeded with the electrical Ramp tests. Conclusion – suspected faulty RCD switch correctly identified & replaced, Earthing checked and confirmed to be fine. Thanks Ian – I will definitely hire you again if needed.

Ian responded very quickly to the request I posted, and with a reasonable price. We agreed a date for the installation that was a matter of days later. The engineer turned up a little early and was courteous and professional. The work was carried out attentively, but revealed an issue with the ground floor sockets. A return visit the next working day was arranged and, whilst this fault-finding was understandably at additional cost, the engineer worked diligently to find and resolve the fault. On satisfactory completion building control and condition report (EICR) documentation was provided.
