At first sight we thought the lack of heat in our towel rail would be a simple fix but it turned out to be far more complex, tracing pipework and locating the exact cause of the problem was a job in itself. Once our engineer had located the blockage he had to find a way to access it so he could replace the pipework without damaging the tiling that covered it. He really impressed us with his methodical and patient work and explanations as to what our options were and the care he took to get the job done well. Great work from a team that we’d happily use again and highly recommend.
