Our electric boiler stopped working and on investigation we found the power switch was faulty. Contacted Voltage Electrical as well as others but this company was able to fit me in immediately. With a vulnerable person in the house and weather temperatures at freezing you cannot imagine my delight to have the job completed at a reasonable cost and by a very helpful, friendly, professional technician. Darren was able to fit us in at short notice. He attended on time, was very polite and personable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He was completely matter of fact and down to earth with absolutely no scaremongering or dramatising, a thing we have experienced before . He swiftly checked the electrics and made a suggestion as to the cause of the problem which made complete sense, gave us peace of mind and required no further work. He was also keen for follow up contact to make sure the problem didn’t reoccur. We will be using this company for all our electrics in the future.
