Darren and Mark fixed our boiler and heating system which had stopped working entirely. They fixed it quickly and efficiently, when others could not. Excellent service and friendly too.

I telephoned the office to explain the problem. The lady in the office was very helpful. Our plumber Mark arrived within the allotted timespan. I had tidied up the areas he was going to be working on and after he had double checked the jobs with me that had been requested from the office, then set to work. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, I felt confident he knew what he was doing. He completed the job to my satisfaction within time and budget. I will be using them again in the future.

I phoned him and he came round within 15 minutes even though it was 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon. He determined the pump had gone so I had no heating and was round Sunday morning at 9 with a new one which he fitted and it has worked perfectly since.
