Sam T text to let me know when he would arrive. Sam was on time and polite. He explained my boiler fan was not working properly and that because of the age of the boiler, getting a new fan would be difficult. Sam was able to quickly fix the problem but advised me the fan was likely to stop again. A new boiler had already been on my list of things to do prior to this visit. Thanks Sam for your knowledge on boilers and helping me make the decision to replace my very old and tired boiler.

Sam carried out 4 separate jobs to a high standard. He was really nice and kept checking if we were happy with everything whilst explaining his reasoning for doing things a certain way. Went above and beyond to ensure a good finish.
