I called Essex Roofing & spoke to Chris about the repair to my roof vent. He came to assess the job &arrived on the day & at the exact time he said he would. Very good first impression. A quote was given promptly for the job. A date was agreed for the work to be carried out. I received a phone call asking if it was convenient to come on an alternative day as they had finished another job earlier than expected. They arrived when they said they would. Work carried out & I am happy with this. Work men were courteous. I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience with this company. Thank you.
