Very grateful for service provided even though I feel foolish because it turned out to be a dishwasher joint that I’d (inadvertently) loosened and Chris diagnosed and fixed in a few minutes. I offered but Chris refused to take any payment because he “didn’t need to get any tools out of the van”! I will definitely use Chris for any future (genuine!) work and have no hesitation in recommending his services both here and individually to friends.

Chris did an outstanding job! Turned up punctually, fixed the thermostat in a few minutes and did a great job with the boilers. Also examined a noisy radiator and gave advice on what to do.
