We have used Neptune for years, they are polite and professional and excellent rate. We had a leak on a pipe and we called and someone was around within 1 hour and fix the issues. Excellent service!!!!!!

From my I initial contact with Michelle I felt confident she listened to me with empathy and extreme professionalism. The trades guys Peter and Tom arrived swiftly. Both talked me through the process so I could understand. Both carried out the work initial assessment and repair to very high standards. I will use them again and again I will not go anywhere else.
