I needed a new gutter. However, Tom discovered that the both the felt and roof battens had deteriorated so they did a full roof refurbishment installing a new breathable membrane and new super treated roof battens, re-installed existing roof tiles. Re-installed ridge tiles in a dry ridge system and a new dry verge. Removed all moss from tiles and treated with a most resistant. Installed new rain water system. Installed new lead flashing to chimney. Tom was very helpful and explained every step of the project. All work was to my satisfaction and I would fully recommend them.

we were initailly quotes for work to fix the gutters and chimney, but additional issues were found with the roofing woodwork and liners. We ended up contracting National Roofing And Building Ltd to completely replace the roof. This was done efficiently and to a high standard. A few snagging issues were identified, which were quickly resolved.
