Mike was a pleasure to deal with and did excellent work. Mike was helpful in providing information that I needed for planning permission applications (conservation area), he provided a clear works plan and provided updates on progress throughout his completion of the works with no surprises. Mike’s team were polite and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They completed the job in the exact time that Mike estimated – they were on site ready to go at 8am everyday and ensured we were sealed each evening in case it rained overnight.
